Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026. This policy covers paid enrollments in Digitaltrailbase programs arranged offline. This website does not process payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least seven (7) days before the cohort start date stated on your enrollment confirmation, provided course materials for that cohort have not been unlocked for your account.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@digitaltrailbase.digital within fourteen (14) days of payment for self-paced Trail Map purchases, or before the seventh day prior to cohort start for live Lab seats, whichever applies.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel after materials unlock but within the first seven days of a live cohort, and you have completed no more than one module quiz, you may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition. After that window, tuition is non-refundable except where required by law or where Digitaltrailbase cancels the cohort.

Non-refundable items

Third-party software fees, private facilitation travel (if any), and Alumni Refresh access after activation are non-refundable. Custom War Room Desk work already delivered in scheduled sessions is non-refundable for those completed sessions.

Refund process

Email us with your full name, enrollment ID, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval. Bank processing times may add additional days depending on your institution.

Cancellations by Digitaltrailbase

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Documented medical or force-majeure situations may qualify for goodwill transfers or partial refunds at our discretion, even outside standard windows.
